eCommerce Senior Business Systems Analyst

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions seeking an eCommerce Sr. Business Systems Analyst. Join a leading eCommerce company and be part of an amazing team. You will work with interesting projects: enterprise integrations for eCommerce (for both retail sales and healthcare). You’ll have the opportunity to raise your own qualification while working on complex and technically challenging projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and document accurately and succinctly business requirements
• Act as a scrum master/delivery manager where required to help overall project delivery
• Work closely with the Client to ensure requirements are comprehensive and well formed
• Work closely with the technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions.
• Create user stories, project documentation, describe user test cases
• Ensure requirements are fully documented in relevant tools
• Work closely with the QA testers to ensure good testing coverage is achieved
• Help identify dependencies, working closely with Project Managers
• Participate in the selection and management of junior business analysts

Skills & Abilities

• 5+ years’ experience of business analysis working within customer-facing enterprise eCommerce and/or content platform implementation environments
• BAC degree is required
• Omni-channel business process experience across B2C or B2B commerce platforms
• Excellent knowledge of AGILE methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of transactional website life cycle development and enterprise integrations with ecommerce web sites on Magento, Shopify, Shopify Plus AGILE methodologies
• Knowledge of test-driven-development (TDD)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A team player works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Strong awareness of technology initiatives and terminology impacting the digital world
• Remote work available for candidates from any region in Canada.
