Job Summary

On behalf of our client, one of Canada’s well-known Building/Developing companies, we are looking for an IT Trainer. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities. Consistently keeps current with newly changing technology and to impart highly technical information in a manner that is easy to understand for staff of all levels.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in identifying IT Training needs.
  • Experience in developing training materials and presentations.
  • Delivering effective and memorable IT training programs for Windows 10 and Office 365 both in person and using tools such as Gotomeeting, Webex or Skype.
  • Designing effective training programs for Windows 10 and Office 365 including Skype for Business, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. for staff of all levels.
  • Supporting the IT Technical Support on technical issues related to 365.
  • Bachelor’s degree/College degree.
  • Microsoft Trainer Certification is an asset.
  • 1 or more years of experience working as a trainer recommended.
