Live Assets | I.T. Staffing Solutions seeking a Proposal Writer. The ideal candidate develops, writes and responds to Requests for Information/Proposal/ Quote (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for submission to large prospective and current clients in response to specifications. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations based on previously submitted proposals and responding to follow-up requests. The Proposal Writer works with key internal and external stakeholders to coordinate timely and professional responses.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Write proposals using the input obtained from all sources in a concise, responsive, logical fashion while ensuring that the information provided complies with the specifications, preferably within a Government RFP environment.
  • Analyzes the requirements of an RFP and decides what information needs to be included in the proposal
  • Assist in the development of the strategy for the proposal, ensuring our proposals align with Live Asset’s vision to focus our passion and expertise to create the right solutions for our clients.
  • Coordinate the development of clear, persuasive proposal content (written and visual) that is technically correct, meets RFP compliance requirements, and clearly conveys the proposal strategy
  • Coordinates with field offices and Headquarters departments to determine how to further develop appropriate responses
  • Conducts any additional research that is required to develop the responses
  • Disseminates proposals for clients by required deadlines; provides necessary copies to field offices, Managers of Business Development and Head office staff Plans and prepares proposal content
  • Coordinate and submit follow up responses throughout bid process

  • Excellent ability to assimilate information and present it in a clear, organized and structured fashion.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and document it in a way that is easy for non-technical audiences to read and apply.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload with minimal direction.
  • Time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High initiative and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
