Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Global Relay for one of its Clients with hands-on experience in Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting & Testing Integration. The SME should be able to work with the Client to understand their needs and prepare effective Global Relay Solutions & Strategy
Necessary Skills:
- Hands-on experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and testing integration.
- Experience to work with different stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing Documentation of architectures, detailed designs, evolution, and build other related documentation.
- Experience in System Maintainenace and updates as it relates to Global Relay electronic message archiving, supervision, and eDiscovery.
- Experience in Developing and delivering Global Relay training to the customer and other stakeholders; Solves Global Relay related problems.
- Experience in shaping the clients’ Global Relay strategy.
- Subject Matter Expert in electronic messaging archival and retrieval, compliance, eDiscovery, and information governance, and familiar with Global Relay relevant technologies (including M365 and Azure)
