A natural connector and problem-solver, she works closely with clients to understand their teams, values, challenges, and ambitions, blending strategy, intuition, and relentless follow-through to uncover talent others often miss. An entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor, Olga is frequently invited to speak on leadership and workplace culture. She is a proud member of EO and the Human Capital Advisory Council.
Outside of work, Olga leads with the same curiosity and heart — traveling, sailing, exploring design, cooking, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and embracing new challenges.

As Chief Operating Officer at Live Assets, Anastasia brings structure, clarity, and intention to every part of the business. She oversees daily operations across IT and Engineering, leading HR compliance, financial functions, and internal processes that allow teams to focus on their best work. With a background in accounting and customer service, Anastasia joined Live Assets as a recruiter and grew alongside the company, helping build the operational backbone that supports its continued growth. Outside of work, Anastasia prioritizes time with family, travel that helps her reset, and Pilates — a steady rhythm that keeps her grounded and clear.

As Head of Recruitment at Live Assets, Lilo brings energy, clarity, and purpose to every search. With a foundation in software engineering and more than a decade in IT talent acquisition, she understands hiring from both the technical and human side. She has partnered with startups, consulting firms, and enterprise organizations across Canada, building recruitment processes that are thoughtful, efficient, and deeply people-centered. A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with an MBA in Human Resource Management, Lilo is also a dedicated mentor within the HR community. Outside of work, she channels that same curiosity into staying active, dancing, and exploring new cultures that inspire connection.

As Head of Talent for Engineering, Transit & Rail at Live Assets, Uzma leads with both technical insight and genuine care. With more than 15 years of experience across workforce development, engineering recruitment, and talent strategy, she supports large-scale infrastructure and transit projects across critical roles. Known for her ability to anticipate workforce needs, align stakeholders, and build strong pipelines ahead of demand, Uzma ensures every hire meets high standards of quality, compliance, and fit. Outside of work, Uzma is intentional about slowing things down — enjoying family road trips, long beach walks, and getting happily absorbed in a great true-crime documentary.
