Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring an ERP System Analyst for one of its clients from the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support diverse ERP systems.
- Ensure proper ERP system setup, configuration, and functionality to support other business applications.
- Support ERP different modules such as Finance, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving, Production, Purchasing, and Quality Maintenance.
- Conduct thorough system testing to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Provide training and mentorship for ERP users.
- Performs proper change management processes and maintains extensive documentation.
- Provide ongoing user support and guidance to ensure effective system utilization; troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project delivery.
Necessary Skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer or Technology.
- Understanding of Label ID technologies (barcode, RFID, and identification systems) supporting product identification, inventory management, and workflow automation.
- Experience configuring diverse ERP Systems, system testing, functionalities and Integration with other business applications.
- Possesses strong expertise in supporting different ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, Production, Purchasing, and Quality Maintenance.
- Experience providing user support and troubleshooting of ERP Systems.
- Proficient with general data management and report creation; proficient with SQL databases; networking concepts, and related information technologies.
- Able to install, configure, and maintain ERP-related hardware, including but not limited
to barcode label printers, RF scanners (RF guns), laser printers, and thin clients.
- Experience with EDI software, setup and administration of trading partners, document flow, customer-specific requirements, barcode label design, implementation, and support.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to define project scope and timelines to the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ability to identify risks, developing mitigating strategies, analyzing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, analyze data; should be able to manage organizational changes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Ability to learn new applications through detailed technical manuals, documentation, and online knowledge bases.
Salary range is expected to be between
- Full-Time: Annual salary of 75,000 CAD to 80,000 CAD, depending on the experience level.
