Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring an AI Specialist/Consultant to automate manual operations and implement AI-driven solutions across the organization. This role integrates AI consulting, solution design and implementation, hands-on development, and the training and
enablement of internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes using AI tools.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions and automation workflows.
- Develop AI bots to retrieve information faster across systems such as CRM.
- Provide end-to-end AI solution lifecycle support including consulting, design, development, implementation, and deployment.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and governance when implementing AI solutions.
- Work closely with Applications and Data teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems and data sources.
- Train internal teams on AI tools, best practices, and usage.
- Provide recommendations on AI strategy, tools, and implementation roadmap.
- Document solutions, processes, and training materials.
Necessary Skills
- Hands-on experience with Claude and GPT (ChatGPT/OpenAI).
- Experience building AI bots, automation tools, and AI workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI implementation, APIs, prompt engineering, and automation tools.
- Experience working with Enterprise Data, CRM systems, and internal business applications.
- Experience in consulting, solution design, and implementation.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and secure AI implementation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems.
- Experience with Python, APIs, automation tools, or data platforms.
- Experience conducting AI training sessions or workshops for teams.
- Background in process automation and operational efficiency projects.
