Job Description:
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Business System Analyst for one of its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Work with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define solution needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support system design, testing, implementation, and enhancement activities.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and requirements.
- Collaborate on improvements to enterprise platforms and digital tools.
- Monitor and manage website change requests, collaborating with stakeholders on layout, content, and design.
- Support development and maintenance of web applications, including coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Maintain web infrastructure, ensure security, and assist with system updates and integrations.
Necessary Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, or IT systems delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business analysis practices.
- Ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience presenting complex concepts to leadership, building consensus, and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS/web applications).
