Job Description

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager for one of its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT projects, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and project governance.
• Develop project charters, business/project plans, requirements documentation, schedules, and recommendations.
• Lead the delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Manage relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, business teams, and IT leadership.
• Prepare and present project deliverables, status reports, and recommendations to management and steering committees.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, escalate risks, and ensure successful project completion.
• Lead project teams by defining roles, responsibilities, priorities, and resource requirements.
• Support change management, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience developing project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks.
• 10 years of experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
• 5 years of experience with implementing cloud-based projects and services with large-scale cloud providers.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working in or for the public sector.

Salary range is expected to be between

• Contract: 90-120 CAD/hr
