Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead two high-priority organizational initiatives: a Learning Management System (LMS) migration and a Community Participation Supports (CPS) service model redesign. This role requires an experienced, autonomous project manager who
can operate at a senior level, work directly with leadership, manage vendors, and facilitate cross-functional workshops. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and change management for both initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Engage directors and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Drive decision-making and maintain project momentum.
• Support organizational change management initiatives.
• Provide regular project status reporting.

Necessary Skills

• PMP Certification (Required).
• Experience managing LMS implementations or LMS migration projects.
• Experience with application implementations and system migrations.
• Strong business analysis and process redesign experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Experience working with vendors and third-party implementation partners.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
• Strong change management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Salary range is expected to be between

• Hourly salary of 60 CAD/hr to 75 CAD/hr, depending on the experience level.
