Skill & Responsibilities:
- Identify risks and issues and develop clear solutions and mitigators.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of internal and vendor resources to ensure deliverables are met.
- Lead and maintain quality assurance for projects.
- Act as a business analyst when required.
- Manage company-wide projects to ensure initiatives are on time, on budget and to the quality of internal stakeholders.
- Create project plans and manage scope and budget.
- Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.
- Focusing efforts on achieving high-quality results consistent with the organization’s standards.
- Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for self and others.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience is required.
- PMP certification or working towards to get it.
- Experience in consulting is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to think both at a strategic and detailed task leve
- A passion for the business and an inherent drive to be successful and maintain good poise in challenging situations.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices.
- Ability to engage and communicate at all levels within the organization and champion change.
- Adaptable and quick learner of new tools and processes.
- Bachelors or graduate degree in business or related studies.
