Job Description
Live Assets | Transit Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Support Specialist with strong experience in data management, procurement, and contract workflows, particularly using tools like PM+ and PMTT, within the construction industry. This role involves supporting project teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate project data, and assisting with procurement and contract processes to ensure smooth project operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and email communication.
  • Assist with project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Maintain and organize project-related data using construction management software (e.g., PM+, Procore, BIM).
  • Input, update, and verify project information including schedules, contracts, and budgets.
  • Generate reports and track project progress using PMTT and related tools.
  • Assist with procurement workflows, including vendor coordination, requests for proposals (RFPs), and bid evaluations.
  • Manage contract documentation and approvals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Track procurement orders and contracts, coordinating with suppliers and contractors for timely deliveries and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of PM+ and PMTT systems.
  • Ensure proper system integration and data flow between project management and procurement systems.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Experience with procurement and contract management workflows in construction.
  • Familiarity with project management systems (PM+, PMTT, Procore) and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction-related software.
