Job Description
Live Assets is hiring an Application Designer/Developer for our government client to work on developing automated testing framework, providing quality guidance to the code repositories of the product.
Responsibilities
An Application Designer/Developer will be responsible for determining the suitability of a framework and for defining the best possible implementation. An Application Designer/Developer is expected to lead unit, integration, and system tests to evaluate development outcomes, ensure conformity with user client needs and promote system reliability.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in the design, development, and maintenance of an automation framework of automated test related to the delivery of large, complex, or transformational projects.
- 3 years’ experience with cross-browser testing, functional, stress/performance, security testing of multi-tiered web applications.
- 2 years’ experience with platform/system post-upgrade testing.
- Degree or diploma in computer science or a related field, demonstrated ongoing learning activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Providing effective software development and operational practices in DevOps context
- Solid experience with the following technologies: JavaScript, Cypress, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Strong experience with relational databases
- Experience with OIDC and Single Sign-on scenario analysis and testing
- addressing changes to shifting requirements based on product owner, team, and user feedback.
- Advising and mentoring team members
- Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.
