Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst for our client in the government sector. As part of the Business Analyst’s responsibilities, he or she will be responsible for preparing business requirements and preparing business process designs.
Key Responsibilities

In the role of Business Analyst, the individual will be responsible for preparing the business process design

Prepare the project’s business requirements

Prepare a list of possible solutions

Support the change management process

Ensure that stakeholders are engaged to support the activities outlined above
Necessary Skills

Experience working on complex projects with a variety of stakeholder groups, ranging from subject matter experts to senior executives.

The ability to lead a multi-disciplinary or a single-disciplinary team in the development of a business initiative to design and align new business systems with the needs of the company.

Develop and present business cases for possible solutions based on the identification and modeling of business needs.

The ability to interact professionally and productively with individuals in various roles in order to develop and implement automated business processes, service agreements, service management processes, training/educational materials, and application maintenance support.
