Key Responsibilities
- Prepares business requirement documents, and develops technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Monitors, coordinates, and manages issues and system enhancements from initiation through deployment utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Designs test guidelines and standards for business processes and assists in developing automated validation scripts.
- Design specifications for reports and provide modifications as per requirement.
- Analyzes processes, identifies test defects, and recommends appropriate solutions for various issues.
Necessary Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 3-5 years of experience with the latest QA technologies and life cycle management tools like Azure DevOps.
- Ability to identify business requirements and basic Project Management skills.
- 7+ years of experience developing functional requirements and creating test requirements, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
