Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is actively hiring a Reporting Business Consultant for our esteemed government client.
Key Responsibilities
- Partake in an orientation to familiarize yourself with the clinical practice standards being implemented and organizations strategic plan.
- Assist in the execution of the framework in the forms of:
- Workflow Mapping for Clinical Leadership QI Auditing and ensuring Safe Patient Care
- Adopting a pre-defined reporting specification intake template
- Operational reports design (mapping clinical data elements through Cerner PowerChart and designing an operational report that will support Clinical Nurse Leadership and Management ability to use reports to support safe patient care as well as perform auditing functions.
- Designing Operational Report MPages as required in Discern Portal
- Development and execution of test scripts for unit testing of the operational report
- The development of learning materials and a training event for clinical leadership that is integrated into the broader IHealth change management and clinical adoption journey plan.
- Assist in the knowledge translation through developing a library of internal resources related to:
- Discern reporting portal
- Operational Reporting Inventory Library
- Documenting Reporting Strategy for Granting Report Access
- Designing operational reports /Reporting Specifications
- Providing knowledge of style guides that receive governance endorsements.
Necessary Skills
- Significant prior Cerner knowledge with Discern Reporting Portal and designing custom CCL reports to support clinical practice
- Proven ability in taking clinical discrete data, clinical events, etc. and designing clinical operational reports (creating DCWS to hand over to CCL writers) to support safe quality patient care delivery
- Proven ability to develop and execute against test scripts for CCL custom reports and Discern Portal
