Live Assets I.T. Staffing Solutions is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager. This is an internal position. In this role, you will ensure client satisfaction through keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with clients, consulting best practices, developing both internal and client-facing resources, offering continuous value and is responsible for the overall delivery of our insurance and technology software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage a portfolio of clients to ensure success, growth, and retention.
  • Act as the key relationship holder, consultant, trusted advisor and primary point of contact to our clients for all technology matters while seeking opportunities to improve client satisfaction/performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business goals, objectives, and pain points and how it relates to our services and solutions.
  • Performing market research to focus on business development efforts on targeted companies/industries.
  • Monitor client accounts for potential impacts to contractual commitments and liaise with the Account Manager to ensure delivery to those commitments What You’re Bringing.
  • Contact all appropriate clients and candidates for a particular screening by phone and/or email to gauge qualifications and interest.
  • Identification of qualified and interested candidates through extensive research, industry knowledge, direct recruiting and referrals.
  • Determination of candidates’ qualifications through personal interviews and reference checks, and build and manage database of candidates and own personal network.

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client success/consulting technology role.
  • Excellent Client facing skills with the ability to engage with Senior & Key executives.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience.
  • Strong operational, project management, consulting technology and process skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives as clients and candidates.
  • Extensive background in business development and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
