Live Assets | I.T. Staffing Solutions seeking for Client Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide second level support for all technical support issues. Ensure high quality customer service to all customers on all supported network configurations, hardware, and standard operating environments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, e-mails, voicemails, IM and resolve customer problems
- Document and track all issues thoroughly in ServiceNow to make certain that all issues are addressed within appropriate timeframes
- Monitor and keep customers informed of the status open tickets
- Take ownership of all incoming issues and escalate as necessary to ensure that issues are routed properly and resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience supporting, troubleshooting and/ or installing (updating) hardware, software, workstations, printers, monitors and other various peripherals in a corporate environment.
- Previous experience imaging / configuring new PC’s.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/ Office 365.
- Able to install software, and troubleshoot software, network connectivity, and wireless connectivity.
- Previous experience providing technical support for mobile devices, iphone, ipad, android, etc.
- Experience supporting A/V video conferencing equipment.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment
