Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support for Clinical Change Management and engagement activities, fostering high-touch engagement with peer mentors and clinical unit leadership.
- Assist in completing work packages, progress reporting, issues management, and resolution, ensuring seamless change implementation.
- Compile, analyze, and present information effectively through dashboard reporting, enhancing stakeholder understanding and engagement.
- Plan and organize change management events, ensuring impactful and successful outcomes.
Necessary Skills
- Expertise in facilitating meetings with excellent presentation and interviewing skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, enabling proactive resolution of challenges and obstacles.
- Proficiency in organizing workload and priorities within a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Strong document management and organizational skills, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Proficient interpretation of data, coupled with exceptional reporting and analysis skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Mastery of Microsoft Suite applications including Excel, Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, fostering effective teamwork and information dissemination.
- Working knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Expertise in clinical adoption activities, encompassing engagement, education, and activation support, facilitating smooth transition processes.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and support events involving multiple stakeholders and attendee groups, ensuring successful event outcomes.
