Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Clinical Support Consultant for our esteemed government client.As a Clinical Support Consultant at Live Assets, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical staff, including nurses, allied health professionals, and techs.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with clinical staff on the floor, aiding in practice readiness activities.
- Participating in orientation to understand the company’s Cerner build and clinical practice standards.
- Assisting Clinical Unit leadership, Staff, and Educators in practice transformation efforts, focusing on education, communication, and monitoring practice adoption.
- Providing guidance on optimizing efficiency and managing difficult workflows.
- Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on metrics and readiness reports.
- Adhering to a 4 x 12-hour or 5 x 8-hour shift pattern, with potential 24-hour support during go-live events, including overnight and weekend shifts.
- Ensuring eligibility to work in British Columbia or obtaining appropriate work permits/visas if residing in the USA.
- Providing proof of full COVID19 vaccination if required to travel and work on-site.
Required Skills
- Ability to complete 8-12 hour shifts to meet operational demands and gaps.
- Significant prior Cerner knowledge in a British Columbia health care environment.
- RN or other Clinical Qualification required, preference for those with prior experience in British Columbia.
- Clinical education/experience in Medical/Surgical Inpatient Nursing, Maternity, Ambulatory, Critical Care, Perioperative, Mental Health, Emergency, Heart Health, Renal (Outpatient and Inpatient), Pediatrics, Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric ICU preferred.
