Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator for a temporary assignment spanning nine months (with a possibility of extension). In this role, you’ll support the External Approvals and Implementation Department in overseeing project execution, ensuring technical compliance, and adhering to budget and schedule. You will handle various responsibilities, including organizing project files, collaborating with subcontractors, managing planning systems, coordinating project activities, and maintaining quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage project files, records, and systems at stations, maintaining drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper documentation for completed work.
- Assist in planning and scheduling systems, coordinating project activities, and overseeing change orders and purchasing.
- Contribute to quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and manpower forecasting.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project management systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
Requirements
- Hold a college or university degree or possess equivalent work experience.
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience across project phases.
- Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is beneficial.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and working with 3D models.
- Possess logical problem-solving skills, persuasion abilities, and motivation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
