Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage time and priorities with Director of Digital Marketing on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for PPC campaign setup, monitoring and analysis including :
  1. Working with Google Adwords, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads to execute paid search programs
  2. Monitoring daily budgets and performance
  3. Preparing reporting and analysis including real time modification based on results
  4. Always learn and stay up to date with the latest technology and paid search trends
  5. Proofread and QA all digital advertising programs to produce accurate, high-quality output that meets or exceeds DRMG standards.

Tasks

  • Required Knowledge of Google Adwords (Search + Display), Adwords Offline Editor, Bing Ads, Bing Ads Offline Editor, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Prefered Knowledge: Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Call Tracking Metrics, SEM Rush, Google Keyword Planner, Harvest, Teamwork, Supermetrics
  • Preferred Adwords Certified (Fundamentals, Search + Display), Bing Ads Accredited, Hubspot Inbound Certified, Other Google Adwords Certifications (Mobile, Video + Shopping)
  • Preferred 1-2 year recent experience with Adwords/Bing Ads/Facebook Ads
  • Assisting with budget monitoring (As low as $250/M, as high as $15,000/M and up) and budget pacing throughout the month to meet monthly spend requirements across Google Adwords, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Monitoring, identifying issues with and optimizing accounts to meet key performance metrics (CTR, Conv %, CPL, CPC Management, Impression Share)
  • Ad copy QA, writing, AB testing and optimization
  • Search query monitoring – scanning through user queries and identifying negative keyword opportunities
  • Landing page QA / Conversion Auditing
  • Comfortable with PPC conversion audits, campaign expansion, campaign duplication, campaign refinement/optimization (identifying areas/ways to increase volume/spend where appropriate, identifying ways to drive more conversions or reduce CPL, identifying ways to maximize clicks for a total budget (ICC/ICPC) in accounts, identifying ways to increase quality scores in accounts, identifying ways to capture a higher impression share in accounts)
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics data analysis and reporting
  • Other digital marketing tasks as required

Required experience:

  • 2+ Years recent experience with Google Adwords, Bing Ads
  • Preference is given for Adwords certification
  • 1-2 years of digital agency experience preferred
