Job Description

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring an End User Support Specialist for its fintech client. You’ll be at the forefront, ensuring our fintech partner’s operations run smoothly by providing top-notch technical support. Your dedication to helping users and solving problems will directly contribute to their success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and iPad devices.
  • Configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, and peripherals for new hires and existing employees.
  • Perform mobile and Apple device management.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct on-site hardware and software upgrades/rollouts as needed.
  • Offer video conference and meeting room support.
  • Maintain hardware and peripherals.

 

Necessary Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical or end-user support roles.
  • Proficiency with Apple/Mac and Microsoft/Windows operating systems, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
