On behalf of our client, a large entertainment/hospitality organization across Canada, Live Assets | I.T. Staffing Solutions is looking for a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect. The position is located mid-town Toronto.
Apply architectural best practices and sound methodologies to support capabilities analysis, portfolio analysis, business process reengineering, and policy development. Prepare deliverables and presentations to communicate architecture practices, project schedules, resource requirements, and program status to clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with extended enterprise architecture, business, and IT support teams to communicate architecture strategies, standards, and direction
- 10+years of experience developing enterprise architecture models and strategic roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF
- Develop Technology roadmaps, capability reference architecture and enterprise blueprints for one or more domains
- Research and assess technology solutions to best enable our strategic imperatives
- Influence the development of a future state vision for the company, which depicts the intended business strategy.
- Influence strategic direction and financial investments through personal interactions with influential leaders, engagement in business planning, and development of cost / benefit models.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and catalyze innovation to achieve competitive advantage against the industry, engaging with and influencing peers in the external IT and Business industry.
- Articulate & defend design components in internal & external forums (including customer presentations)
- Evangelize & build technical competencies in one or more technology/service domains (DC, Network, Security etc.)
- Ability to do hands on POCs for the proposed solutions
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise vide infrastructure solutions
- Deep technical knowledge across wide range of technology areas and infrastructure disciplines (eg, Data, Storage, Network, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills.
