Live Assets | I.T. Staffing Solutions seeking a Front-End Web Developer with strong UI experience and hands-on experience building browser-based applications in a Java environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Proficient in Javascript, JQuery, CoffeeScript, Handlebars, Backbone, etc.
– Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design
– Experience with large scale applications is an asset
– Work experience as part of an agile team is an asset
– Work closely with the UI/UX designers and business analysts to translate wireframes and use cases into code
– Integrate our front-end applications with our back-end RESTful APIs
– Have a desire to improve the usability of web applications
– Help maintain code quality
– Understand and implement best practices in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
– Able to manage time efficiently and work under pressure to deliver
