Job Summary

 

On behalf of our client, one of Canada’s largest non-profit organizations, we are looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist. You will work on staging, configuring and supporting server, workstation and network-related hardware and software applications.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Exchange management experience.
  • Practical hands-on networking and systems administration experience, including experience configuring access routers and switches.
  • Technical knowledge in Telecom Networks such as: routers, anti-virus, WIFI.
  • Investigating, learning and applying new technologies/processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creative problem solving and efficient troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
  • Interpersonal skills, positive and friendly manners, ability to establish credibility.
