Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring an IT Manager for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s IT operations and infrastructure. You will provide hardware and software support to all team members while ensuring minimal system and user downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of IT Infrastructure including network devices, servers, POS systems, software applications and IT equipment.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of IT systems to support current operations and future growth.
- Manage and maintain the current IT infrastructure (which includes, but is not limited to computer hardware, software, networks, and security systems).
- Be the internal expert on NCR Counterpoint and provide the first level of technical support and troubleshooting assistance to various departments to improve efficiency and
- Resolve issues related to POS/ERP systems, hardwares, and software applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers (Apps on Net, RMS, Dell) whenever necessary, and escalate major issues (resolved or unresolved) to the Director of Operations.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to maintain and optimize the performance of the company’s online platform
- Implement Project Management tools and techniques to propose, plan, and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain a high quality operations manual with IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent and reliable IT support.
- Research and identify new technologies, systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Develop KPIs for the IT department to track and measure progress and performance on an easy to read dashboard.

Necessary Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Relevant certifications like PMP are an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
- Ability to listen actively, extract important information, and analyze
- G2 license and access to a reliable car.
