We are looking for a candidate with a Registered Nursing background or an equivalent healthcare qualification, along with significant expertise in laboratory order set, careset, and order sentence build. This role demands a deep understanding of inpatient and outpatient scheduling, particularly in Laboratory Services, and the ability to create clinical workflows aligned with organizational standards and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Cerner Millennium Expertise: Proficient in Cerner Millennium, including enterprise-wide application design, build, testing, training, and support experience.
- Clinical Workflow Design: Design clinically relevant workflows that meet organizational standards and initiatives, specifically focusing on evidence-based clinical documentation, order development, and care mapping/clinical pathways.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead clinical adoption of workflow processes across care settings.
Necessary Skills
- Educational Background: Registered Nursing background or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Technical Expertise: Significant experience in laboratory order set, careset, and order sentence build.
- Scheduling Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of inpatient and outpatient scheduling, particularly in Laboratory Services.
- Cerner Millennium Mastery: Proficiency in Cerner Millennium, including enterprise-wide application design, build, testing, training, and support.
- Clinical Workflow Alignment: Ability to align clinical workflows with organizational standards and initiatives.
