Necessary Skills
To excel in this role, we’re looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- Cerner Millennium Expertise: You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Cerner Millennium, encompassing enterprise-wide application design, gap analysis, requirements gathering, clinical engagement, DCW (Dynamic Care Coordination Workbench) creation, testing, training, and support.
- Nursing Background: A registered nursing background with hands-on experience in PathNet, Change Management, Quality Improvement, and leadership will be valuable assets.
- Clinical Workflow Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of inpatient and outpatient scheduling, particularly in the context of Medical Imaging and clinical workflows that align with organizational standards and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, adeptness in project management, change control, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for leading clinical adoption of workflow processes across various care settings, focusing on evidence-based clinical documentation, order development, and care mapping/clinical pathways.
