Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing departments by analyzing data from multiple sources. If you’re well-organized, data-driven and a digital marketing enthusiast with a mid in analysis and statistics, then this may be the position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on digital marketing & sales, using a variety of KPIs.
• Create and maintain reports on the effectiveness of content marketing activities on business impact and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor and report key competitor activities to identify actionable insights that may help improve content marketing tactics to increase audience engagement and sales.
• Track and interpret website traffic, email marketing and social media engagement metrics. Make recommendations to improve user journeys and conversion rates.
• Develop visualizations to bridge the gap between analytics outputs and business insights.
• Make recommendations about campaigns that would improve conversion rate based on data analysis.

Skills:

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and can use formulas, macros, dashboards, VBA, pivot tables, and graphs to interpret, analyze, and present data in a compelling way.
• Experience with Google Analytics, or other web analytics tool.
• Experience with ETL.
• Proven ability for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Excellent typing and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of Python/R would be an asset.
• Knowledge of SQL would be an asset.
