Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing is hiring a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM System Architect for our government client to play a pivotal role in their HRIS transformation project. This role involves close collaboration with functional and technical project teams to provide guidance and support as a subject matter expert to drive process optimization and ensure meticulous implementation that aligns with Oracle HCM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements with stakeholders, aligning them with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
- Participate in design workshops to ensure industry best practices.
- Optimize processes following Oracle Cloud’s best practices.
- Execute functional and technical tasks to meet project objectives and milestones.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Assist in data migration to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ensure system configurations meet standards in collaboration with the implementation partner.
- Prepare and supervise validation scripts and test scenarios for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
- Identify and address risks with the project team and implementation partner.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and accomplishments to the Lead Project Manager.
- Escalate critical issues to the Lead Project Manager for resolution.
- Contribute to project status updates for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and configurations.
- Recommend enhancements for system performance and user experience.
Necessary Skills
- Located in either the Greater Victoria Area or the Greater Vancouver Area.
- 10 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and Recruitment).
- Minimum of 3 successfully delivered full implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a functional lead architect or similar roles.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management Certification.
- Experience implementing large software projects in a large organization (500+ employees).
- Experience collaborating on business process enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and human capital management systems.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Processes and System Knowledge.
- Experience in HCM Extracts, Oracle Fusion Cloud data loaders (HDL and spreadsheet loader), BI Publisher, and OCI integration services.
