Job Summary:
The Municipality of Edmonton, Alberta is looking for qualified trainers who will provide training support to the business transformation project. The ideal candidate experience in ERP engagements (preferably Oracle transformations) and managing end user training, to execute and deliver on a variety of training related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-user training
- Participate in the train-the-trainer sessions to gain understanding of processes and tools
- Review training curriculum
- Liaise with County functional teams throughout training content development/approval processes
- Load/Host training materials to document repository (SharePoint / LMS)
- Maintain training material updates post go-live dates
- Identify participants list for training invites
- Develop and deliver communications related to training (Training Invites etc.)
- Manage Training logistics (facility setup for classroom trainings if applicable or virtual training)
- Manage training scheduling and registration
- Support / troubleshooting for End User training sessions
