Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring Clinical EHR Project Analysts for our government client to support the project stream of clinical practice change and engagement and its associated logistics and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support of compiling, analysis, and presenting information in dashboard reporting for all necessary engagements.
- Tracks and reports on project timelines related to specific project deliverables, ensures completion of project deliverables, updates status reports.
- Coordinates, collects, and analyzes project information pertaining to scope, issue tracking and resolution, and benefits analysis.
- Provides project support to users during the facilitation of stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinates, creates content, and facilitates stakeholder meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills
Experience participating in the activities supporting large scale clinical change management activities including:
- Working knowledge of systems analysis.
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBi
- Knowledge and experience of clinical adoption activities, such as engagement, education, and activation support.
- Proficient use of the Microsoft suite: Excel, Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint.
- Document management and organization.
- Proficient interpretation of data, reporting and analysis skills through creation of presentations and reporting.
- Ability to organize workload and priorities.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and work independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fact paced environment, organizing workload and priorities.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communications skills; effective collaborative conflict resolution skills.
