Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Cyber Security Project Manager for one of its Government’s Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cyber security initiatives using both predictive and adaptive methods.
- Dealing with procurement, risks, issues, communication, including Cyber Awareness.
- Preparing project charters for all cyber security projects, project management plans and varying content.
- Preparing governance and policy documents regarding various workstreams including Hardening, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Cyber Awareness, Monitoring and the Municipal Auditory General Action Plan.
- Defining project budgets and securing funding as defined in the capital plan.
- Managing stakeholder’s expectations, project financials in terms of budget estimating and g key performance indicators on the project dashboard and any others defined specifically for a project.
- Ensuring project deliverables are well defined, activities to produce them clear in resourced project schedules or project and sprint backlogs.
Necessary Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Project Server, MS Office Suite, MS Planner, MS Teams and MS SharePoint
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience running a Cyber security Program
- Experience running a program with both Information Technology and Operational Technology
- Experience managing a multi million dollar program
- Good communication and understanding of Cyber security issues and solutions
- Ability to produce project management deliverables and standard templates for project management documentation
- Ability to solve project issues and escalate when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, IT/Computer Science, or related discipline from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Utility industry experience
- PfMP and PgMP certification
- Experience with Incident Command System and Incident Response Planning
