Job Description
Live Assets is hiring a Project Manager Downtime for our government client.
Key Responsibilities
- Building on previous experience implementing Downtime process and tools for large scale EHR projects with CPOE in acute and ambulatory.
- Managing a cross-functional team.
- Maintaining work plans and project schedules.
- Managing project level issues and risks.
Necessary Skills
- Experience implementing Healthcare clinical upgrades with EHRs and CPOE rollout in large & fast paced settings.
- Project Schedule modeling with MS Project (resource levelling, forecast scheduling).
- Experience in implementing downtime EHR processes in ambulatory and acute care environments. Focus is on workflows when the ERH is not available for clinical users and how clinical users safely continue workflows: reference a downtime system for clinical information, checking in patients/registering, complete ordering and clinical documentation workflows, and upload information back to the EHR when downtime is complete.
- Experience driving transformational changes in healthcare environments working closely with physicians, nurses, clerks, ancillary department staff, and other key partners.
- Experience translating future state workflows to Cerner system designs.
- Familiar with change management/incident management processes.
- Experience with additional Oracle Cerner applications including 724 Downtime client, PowerChart, PMOffice, Scheduling desirable.
- Issue and Risk Management.
