Job Description
Live Assets is hiring an experienced Project Manager for its fintech client to oversee the delivery of complex projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Defines project objectives, scope, resource needs, and budget.
- Develops a resource allocation strategy to ensure inclusive stakeholder involvement.
- Evaluates team practices for efficiency and provide ongoing project plan enhancements.
- Supports internal stakeholders in strategic decision-making for program, product, service, and infrastructure development.
- Coaches and guides teams towards achieving shared objectives.
- Negotiates project deliverables and milestones as required.
- Facilitates meetings and cultivates strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Contributes ideas, fosters consensus, and communicates effectively.
- Proactively identifies project schedule risks and implements mitigation strategies.
- Monitors and ensures timely completion of milestones within budget and schedule.
- Executes project plans that optimize budget, schedule, and risk management.
Necessary Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, overseeing large, complex projects of various sizes from planning to implementation.
- Familiarity with change management principles and strategies for successful implementation.
- Proficiency in analyzing detailed concepts, swiftly resolving project challenges, and evaluating the pros and cons of various solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to fostering collaboration and effective team dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective idea exchange, consensus-building, and impactful writing.
- PMP designation is an asset.
