Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (AWS) for its client. The Senior Software Developer determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews the current Technology landscape, conducts analysis,s and develops documentation.
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- Conducts code review.
- Builds and maintains infrastructure for various projects.
- Develops Test cases working closely with BU, IT Stakeholders, and Vendors.
- Supports development testing and conducts QA Testing, working closely with other developers and vendors.
- Develops DevOps processes and coaches peers in ensuring the best practices of DevOps are maintained for all projects.
Necessary Skills
- Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
- 7+ years of experience in solutioning and developing digital assets such as digital apps and e-commerce websites.
- 7+ Years of experience working in an Agile Environment and is well-versed in CI / CD and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with infrastructure automation technologies.
- Experience with build automation technologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages.
- Very good coding and development knowledge in web and app development, Middleware, Web and App Infrastructure and Security.
- 5+ Years of experience in AWS Cloud environment Stack
- 5+ years of experience in NCR Aloha for QSR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
