To ensure success for each placement, we can break our interview process down into 5 steps:

  1. Client check-in
  2. Phone screening
  3. Skills Matrix Template
  4. In-person interview
  5. Interview prep

 

While this process may seem long and tedious, our 97% fill rate has more than proven its effectiveness. To ensure top-quality candidates, it’s essential to thoroughly assess our talent to get the best results for our clients.

 

  1. Client check-in

To begin this process, we meet with our clients to assess what their needs are. We want to immerse ourselves in your technical environment and get a total sense of the company culture. When selecting candidates, we want them to have the right qualifications and be compatible with your company’s culture.

 

  1. Phone screening

After searching through our pool of potential candidates, an initial phone screening will assess their technical abilities. This screening will be catered to the necessary skills the client is looking for.

 

  1. Skills Matrix Template

Candidates who pass our technical test will then fill out a skills matrix template in partnership with the client. This template will further map out candidates’ skills and qualifications, determining their suitability for the position.

 

  1. In-person interview

As we near the end, we will invite the remaining candidates for a face-to-face interview. This interview is a behavioural assessment and further tests the candidate’s technical skills. This is the last step before candidates are referred to the client.

 

  1. Interview Prep

At this point, our recruiters are finished with interviews and will have decided on our top three candidates. These individuals will then move on to interview with our client. In this fifth and final step, our team will work with the talent to prepare them for their interviews beforehand.
