Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager. One of our Retail clients is in search of an IT Infrastructure Project Manager on a six-to-eight-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical infrastructure and a background in manufacturing infrastructure in the digital manufacturing space.
Key Responsibilities
- The project that the project manager will be supporting Infrastructure Services (IS), that is to install and deploy network infrastructure and various facility IT systems.
- Responsible for leadership, execution, and monitoring of this IS build.
- Accountable for budget, resource allocation, timeline deliverables, and communication to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Managing 3-5 resources and contractors during the project.
Necessary Skills
- Infrastructure Project Management – deploying server, network, manufacturing systems (scanners, equipment) preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with waterfall methodology.
- Ability to help define project plans and run projects budgeted in excess of $1M.
- Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional Attention to Detail and Organization Skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Presentation Skills
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp uptime
- Experience managing the deployment of technical infrastructure (wiring/cabling, computer room build out, server deployment, telephony, etc.) at a new or existing facility
