Website Content Writer

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is expanding, and we are growing our team. We are looking for a Website Content Writer to create content for various social media platforms, blogs, and job descriptions. To be successful as a Web Content Writer, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques (training will be provided). This will be a part-time job (10-20hrs/week) with the possibility of becoming full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Developing content for blogs, job descriptions, social media, and the company website.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or any related field.
• 0-1 year of content writing or copywriting experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Working knowledge of content management systems is an asset.
• Output expectation is 1,000 words every 1.5hrs with a brief provided.
