The ideal candidate will have strong experience identifying and securing new clients from the IT sector. This role serves as a key member of the Sales and Business Development Team and is responsible for achieving a specified sales quota, identifying new and contracted revenue opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies.
- Sustain and grow the current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers.
- Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets
- Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments.
- Managing and mentoring the sales team.
Required Skills:
- 5 – 8 years work experience in business development, business management, or strategic, consultative selling.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Interpersonal Skills
- A professional, confident, and strategic relationship builder.
- Strong interpersonal skills; highly people-oriented; excels in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong written and spoken English skills.
- Strong executive presence, ability to deal with senior executives and manage their accounts.
- Collaborative and capable of functioning with confidence and credibility at the senior level of the client organization.
